How do I order in my own size, colour or design?

Place your order as normal and add your measurements, colour and design wishes in the order note at checkout, or message us before ordering. We'll confirm every detail with you before we start stitching. Custom orders take 15 to 17 working days.

What are your shipping times?

Ready-made pieces are dispatched within 7 working days. Custom orders (your colour, size or design) take 15 to 17 working days to stitch. After dispatch, delivery anywhere in Pakistan usually takes 2 to 4 working days.

What is your return policy?

Custom-stitched pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, message us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we'll fix, remake or refund it. Fitting issues from our stitching are altered free.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver all over Pakistan with Cash on Delivery, JazzCash or bank transfer. For orders outside Pakistan, email sundazila43@gmail.com and we'll send you a delivery quote.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we'll send you the courier tracking number by WhatsApp or email. You can also message us anytime for an update on your order.
